About Steve
Steve has worked in the industry for 21 years now as a Diamond Drilling Operative with Dean and Dyball, and then Balfour Beatty.
In that time he has gained a huge amount of experience and completed training within the construction environment. This has helped him and his fellow colleagues in creating a professional team with a strong emphasis on Health and safety and high quality work.
As a team they have worked together now for more than a decade, and are still using the same equipment we’ve had throughout their careers with tools being updated constantly to reflect ever changing on site requirements of the Major contractors that they work for.

About Becky
Becky has over twenty years experience within the office environment and assists Steve with the smooth running of the Business along with the finance.

About Marcus
Marcus has work in the industry for 23 years, as a Diamond drilling operative and has also gained training and CPCS certification for various larger general plant.
He’s also worked for Balfour Beatty and 24/7 before starting with Woodmace in November 2016.
As one of the foreman on Southern Counties, he's taken the role of training the new ops and teaching them good safe working practices and high standard as he has a vast knowledge of the trade, even if they have nick named him 'The Crank' due to him constantly winding them up!

About Greg
Greg has worked for the last 8 years as a Diamond Drilling operative.
He is highly skilled in every aspect of our work, and is a valued member of the team.
You'll probably recognise Greg and his brother Craig from the Disney film Tangled. They were the twin brothers who were part of the bad guys!

Liam has worked in the construction industry for the last 6 months, and in that time has gained a vast knowledge of site safety and good working practices.
Liam has 3 years experience and has gained Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Specialist Concrete Operations – Drilling and Sawing.

Dave is a strong asset to our team of skilled operatives. He has recently joined us from Hampshire Chasing and has 30 years experience in this field of work.
Dave covers work across the whole of the south.
